At Iplex Pipelines NZ, quality isn't just something we check—it's something we build into everything we do. We're looking for a detail-oriented Quality Control Technician to join our manufacturing team. Please note this role is a 4x4 12 hour shift roster, 2 days and 2 nights.

About the Role 
As our Quality Control Technician, you'll play a critical role in ensuring every product leaving our site meets the highest quality standards. Working closely with our production team, you'll carry out product testing, inspect finished goods, maintain accurate records, investigate non-conformances and help drive continuous improvement across the manufacturing process. This is a hands-on role where your attention to detail, analytical thinking and commitment to quality will have a direct impact on our customers and our reputation.

About You
You'll thrive in this role if you:
  • Have experience in a manufacturing or quality control environment (preferred) 
  • Have experience performing product or laboratory testing (advantageous) 
  • Have excellent attention to detail and enjoy working accurately 
  • Are confident using Microsoft Office and learning new systems (SAP experience is a bonus) 
  • Can communicate clearly with people across the business 
  • Are organised, proactive and enjoy solving problems 
  • Enjoy working collaboratively while also being able to work independently 
  • Able to work a 4x4 12 hour shift roster, 2 days and 2 nights
