Now hiring: Quality Engineer – Hawke’s Bay We’re looking for a Quality Engineer with a minimum of three years’ experience to join our dynamic, fast-paced team, reporting to the Operations Supervisor. This is your opportunity to make a tangible impact on road users across the Hawke’s Bay region.

In this role, you’ll play a critical part in ensuring compliance with project systems and procedures, meeting quality standards, and delivering key project milestones on time to support programme and handover requirements.


About You: 

To fill this role, you will have good planning skills and the ability to effectively deal with a range of internal and external stakeholders. Your commitment to ensuring the highest quality standards will be one of your strengths. You will have excellent communication skills and always show a high degree of motivation. 

Requirements: 

  • At least three years’ experience in a similar position
  • Fully qualified or steady progress towards a tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering (Degree or Diploma).
  • Excellent skills in planning, programming and communication are required.
  • Training in the Management of Quality Information will be provided.
