Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Quality Manager to join our team in Rotorua working on the Bay of Plenty East Network Outcomes Contract (BOPE NOC). 

The contract covers the area including Rotorua, Whakatane, Opotiki and Kawerau districts. The region includes maintenance of 570 km of State Highways and pavement widely diverse in nature including remote coastal roads, rugged logging roads and heavily populated tourist bus trails.

As the Quality Manager, you’ll lead and facilitate all quality assurance, systems, and process requirements. You’ll play a key role in ensuring compliance with integrated management systems and procedures, maintaining high quality standards, and delivering contract outcomes on time.

About you:
  • Relevant qualification in quality and trained auditor
  • Civil construction industry experience
  • ICAM trained
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Flexible, resilient, and results-driven
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Effective communicator
  • Passion for coaching and mentoring others
  • Able to work independently and manage tasks autonomously
