About the Role

This role suits someone ready to take ownership of civil projects in the $2M to $10M range. You will manage the commercial side end to end, working closely with delivery teams, clients and subcontractors to keep projects on track financially and contractually.

Independently manage the commercial delivery of civil projects from start to finish
Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts and cost reporting
Administer contracts and ensure compliance with all commercial obligations
Lead procurement processes and manage subcontractor agreements
Assess, price and negotiate variations and claims
Monitor project performance and manage risk to protect margin and cashflow

What You’ll Bring

Tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying
Proven experience delivering civil infrastructure projects
Ability to independently run projects valued between $2M and $10M
Strong knowledge of contracts, including variations, claims and risk management
Experience across concrete and steel scopes
Clear communicator who can build strong working relationships
