Your Role: 

As a Quarry Supervisor, you'll direct our talented team to ensure daily production thrives. Your skills as a people manager and production supervisor are vital to our success and safety and operational excellence will be at the core of what you do. 

To excel in this role, you should bring the following skills and qualifications and be responsible for: 
  • Experienced in quarry operations and hold a B Grade COC 
  • Implement and ensure compliance of company's health and safety rules, quality assurance and environmental policies. 
  • Mentor and develop a performance-driven team 
  • Exceptional communication skills, enabling you to foster productive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders 
  • Impeccable organisational abilities, with a proven track record of effective planning and execution
