What you’ll be doing

In this role, you’ll guide our extraction, mobile processing, and sales yard teams to deliver consistent production and quality. Key responsibilities include:

Providing day‑to‑day coaching, encouragement, and clear communication to operators
Organising resources so production plans are met and the team feels well‑supported
Helping your team grow skills and confidence, while reinforcing Winstone Aggregates’ values
Supporting ongoing improvements to safety, environmental care, and plant performance
Monitoring product quality and resolving issues with a calm, solutions‑focused approach
Using site data and visual management tools to guide conversations and decisions
Building collaborative relationships with customers, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams

What you’ll bring

Experience in quarry systems, equipment, or similar operational environments

Understanding of relevant legislation (e.g., RMA, H&S requirements)
