About the Role

As an R&D Laboratory Technician, you’ll play a key role in our materials lab, performing concrete and aggregate testing to national standards. You’ll work closely with a collaborative team, ensuring accuracy and quality in every step of the process. This is a hands-on role where your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will shine.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct laboratory and occasional field tests following national standards
  • Prepare, label, and cure test samples with precision
  • Collect and analyze data, maintaining accurate records
  • Care for equipment and assist with lab maintenance
  • Support health, safety, and environmental practices every day
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong practical skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Reasonable maths and problem-solving ability
  • A valid driver’s license (manual driving required) and forklift license
  • Experience in concrete production or testing is an advantage
  • Comfortable working in a team and in varied conditions
