About the Role

In this role, you’ll provide consistent reception cover during core office hours (9:00am–5:30pm) and support the smooth day‑to‑day operation of our Market Grove office.

You’ll enjoy variety, people interaction, and being the go‑to person for all things reception and office support, while working as part of a collaborative, people‑focused team.

  • Assisting with team events, functions, and social activities

What you’ll bring to the role

We’re looking for someone who enjoys supporting others, takes pride in a tidy, well‑run workspace, and thrives in a team environment.

  • An interest in reception, administration, or office support
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to manage a range of tasks

  • A positive, can‑do attitude and willingness to help where needed
  • Basic computer skills (Word, Outlook, Teams) — we’ll support your learning
  • A service‑focused mindset and genuine enjoyment of working with people

About Us

We pride ourselves on safely delivering a wide variety of construction and infrastructure projects for the people of New Zealand and the South Pacific. But our power is not in what we do, it’s in who we are. We are a team of 3,700 people working under three brands: Fletcher Construction, Higgins, and Brian Perry Civil. We may be a big team, but we haven’t lost sight of what really matters: looking after our people.

We recognise that treating our people well is only partially about what happens during work hours. It’s also about the impact we have outside of work hours too. That’s why we have incredible learning and development opportunities for staff and their families, industry-leading parental leave, support systems and generous corporate discounts.
