At Winstone Aggregates, we’re looking for a relationship-focused Account Manager to join our high-performing team and make a lasting impact. 
This role is all about deepening connections with our existing customers, uncovering growth opportunities within established accounts, and being a trusted advisor across the Auckland region.

Our Role 
  • Managing and growing a portfolio of established accounts 
  • Building deep, solution-oriented relationships with customers, moving beyond transactional interactions 
  • Collaborating closely with internal teams to deliver value-added outcomes 
  • Supporting brand, market share, and profitability goals through strategic account management of existing customer base 
  • Applying a technical mindset to understand product applications—full training and development offered 


What You’ll Bring 
  • Proven success in growing existing accounts and driving customer retention, ideally in a technical or industrial setting 
  • Natural people skills—you know how to connect, listen, and influence 
  • A self-directed approach to work—you’ll have the autonomy to shape how you succeed 
  • Comfort with technical language and concepts (don’t worry, we’ll support you every step of the way)
