This role may be based in Auckland or across any of our five regional branches. (Tauranga, Hamilton, Napier, Palmerston North and Wellington)

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support multi-site branch operations, including logistics, warehousing, and transport
  • Partner with sales to align operational capability with customer needs and growth opportunities

  • Deliver strong operational performance across key metrics including DIFOT

What You’ll Bring:
  • 8–10+ years’ leadership experience across multi-site operations within manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain environments (non-retail)
  • You’re an experienced operations leader who brings a hands-on, people-first approach, managing teams across sales, logistics, supply chain or operations
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, with an adaptable, empathetic coaching style focused on building capability through mentoring and development of operational teams
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to understand and influence P&L outcomes
  • Skilled in analysing performance data (Power BI, ERP systems) to drive actionable insights and measurable results
  • Autonomous and critical thinker who challenges the status quo and drives continuous process improvements that enhance customer outcomes
  • Proven ability to collaborate across departments to deliver best practice while ensuring health and safety remains top priority
  • Flexibility to travel regularly across regional branches (Tauranga, Hamilton, Napier, Palmerston North and Wellington)
