Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our market presence within the Northern region. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing sales team, develop strategic partnerships, and contribute to the continued success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support, Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets within the assigned region.
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional results and foster a culture of success.
  • Identify new business opportunities and establish strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and product development initiatives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and other departments to ensure alignment and maximize business opportunities.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on sales performance, market insights, and business forecasts for senior management.

Qualifications:

  • 5 years of proven experience in sales management, preferably in Civil/Construction/Building Materials
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for driving growth.
  • Ability to travel within the region as needed.
