We’re seeking a seasoned sales leader poised to make a significant impact and take our sales and customer base to the next level of value and service. 

You will lead and develop a diverse team across Queensland, focusing on driving strategic sales growth and enhancing the customer journey. This senior role offers a unique chance to shape and elevate our sales strategy while fostering a culture of success and innovation within your team.

About the role; 

  • Drive Revenue Growth: Lead efforts to significantly boost revenue by consistently exceeding sales targets, optimizing margins, and expanding market share.
  • Elevate Customer Experience: Implement customer management initiatives to ensure exceptional satisfaction and loyalty among key clients.
  • Empower Your Team: Develop and mentor your team with clear objectives and KPIs, monitoring performance to achieve and surpass sales goals.
  • Collaborate for Success: Work closely with cross-functional teams to create a unified strategy for market penetration and enhance customer satisfaction.

About You:

  • Experienced Leader: Proven success in fast-paced sales environments, preferably within the building or construction sectors, with a strong grasp of industry dynamics.
  • Seasoned Manager: At least 5 years of experience in a managerial sales role, with a track record of crafting and executing impactful sales strategies.
  • Strategic Thinker: Excellent commercial acumen and business insights, with robust strategic planning and implementation skills.
  • Inspirational Mentor: Demonstrated leadership and a history of guiding teams to exceed organisational goals.
  • Continuous Improver: Committed to personal and professional growth with a mindset focused on continuous improvement.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical abilities and experience with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar).
  • Legal Right to Work: Full working rights in Australia.
