As a Regional Sales Support Representative - Operations, you’ll be a hands-on leader in a dynamic operational environment, responsible for the day-to-day running of a small branch. Lead a close-knit team and oversee all aspects of branch performance, including logistics, order processing, compliance, health & safety, and risk controls, while delivering outstanding customer service and supporting both sales and operations. Your commitment to operational excellence, combined with a proactive and customer-focused approach, will be instrumental in driving sales performance and building lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities will include:
  • Act as a key point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries and providing product information, pricing, and technical support.
  • Ensure efficient order processing, accurate invoicing, and timely product delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments such as production, logistics, and finance to ensure seamless order fulfilment.
  • Working closely with the Sales team, you’ll assist in customer follow-ups and proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell and drive revenue growth.
  • Health & Safety and Facilities Management of the Branch.

As well as being a driven and motivated individual you will have:
  • 2–3 years’ proven leadership experience in an operational role within a manufacturing or building industry is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills with strong interpersonal awareness and initiative, with the ability to build trusted relationships and delivering thoughtful solution-focussed outcomes.
  • Experience with a strong understanding of day-to-day branch functions, team management, and process improvements.
  • Highly organised and adaptable, with the ability to manage competing priorities and perform effectively in a fast-paced, complex operational environment.
  • Tech-savvy and proficient in Outlook, Excel, and preferably with Salesforce experience or other CRM’s, with the ability to generate reports and leverage technology to support operational efficiencies.
  • Technical aptitude and the ability to understand and explain product specifications to customers.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to meeting and exceeding targets.
