Join Our Team as a Retail Customer Experience Manager!

Imagine a place where your entrepreneurial spirit and passion for customer service come together to create unforgettable shopping experiences. We’re looking for a Retail Customer Experience Manager to lead our Windsor showroom, a role that blends leadership, innovation, and customer engagement.

As the Retail Customer Experience Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our new retail operation, focused on B2C engagement. 

Your day will start at 8:30 AM, preparing for a day filled with dynamic interactions and strategic initiatives. You’ll be on the showroom floor, guiding a talented team of designers, ensuring every customer receives exceptional service. Your leadership will inspire your team to exceed sales goals and deliver a seamless customer journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Experience: Develop and implement strategies to enhance the customer journey, gather feedback, and make data-driven improvements.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of designers, ensuring they provide excellent customer service and meet sales goals.
  • Operational Savvy: Ensure the showroom operates smoothly, from maintaining displays to managing inventory and following up on quotes.
  • Market Disruption: Drive change and innovation, leveraging your entrepreneurial mindset to disrupt the market and enhance our B2C engagement.
  • Emotional Intelligence: Handle customer interactions with a high level of emotional intelligence, resolving conflicts effectively and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Your role is multifaceted. You’ll develop and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience, using data insights to drive continuous improvement. You’ll sherpa the customer in their purchasing journey and follow up on quotes to ensure they say yes.

But your impact doesn’t stop there. You’ll be a driving force in disrupting the market, bringing innovative ideas to the table, and leading the charge in our retail transformation. 


What We’re Looking For:

We are looking for someone with flexibility to adapt to a dynamic retail environment and manage various responsibilities effectively.

Is this you?
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing sales role, preferably in retail or hospitality.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and customer feedback platforms.
  • Operationally savvy with the ability to manage and maintain a retail space.
  • High level of emotional intelligence and conflict resolution skills.
