The Role

As a Retail Marketing Manager for Fletcher Living, you will play a crucial role in promoting and marketing our residential developments within the competitive property market. You will be responsible for launching some exciting projects that we have coming up!

For this 6-month Fixed Term Contract role reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be required to manage, coordinate, and execute the Retail marketing for our Apartments division. Working closely with the Apartments team and sales manager, you will establish and then execute the marketing activity for Auckland locations. You will also work closely with the wider marketing team to ensure execution in line with brand guidelines and ensure speed-to-market and timely execution of activities. This role is critical for extracting and collating key customer insights on the Auckland market from Salesforce and other available sources and using these to inform your strategy. 

About You

To be a successful Retail Marketing Manager at Fletcher Living you will have the following skills and experience:
  • Relevant marketing experience in the residential property, real estate, or specifically apartments
  • Knowledge and experience in developing and managing digital and traditional content
  • Proven experience in managing projects or campaigns from start to finish 
  • Ability to gather and translate insights into ideation formats that inform propositions and marketing strategy.  
  • Agency account management experience (across a range of channels) would be advantageous 
  • Adobe Creative Suite experience would be a benefit in particular Photoshop and InDesign
  • A relevant tertiary qualification such as a BCom majoring in Marketing or Communications or similar
