Are you highly organised, confident in communication, and thrive in a fast-paced environment? Oliveri is seeking a Returns Clerk to join our dedicated team in Adelaide. If you enjoy problem-solving and delivering excellent customer service—even in challenging situations—this could be the perfect role for you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a key member of our Customer Service team, you’ll be responsible for managing customer returns and claims with professionalism and efficiency. Your day-to-day will include:
  • Managing the returns inbox via Salesforce
  • Assessing customer claims in line with business guidelines:
  • Rejecting claims that don’t meet criteria
  • Advising customers on return protocols
  • Arranging stock collection for company-related errors
  • Liaising with distribution centre managers regarding returned stock condition
  • Processing returns accurately in SAP (S4 Hana), including return requests and credit notes
  • Communicating outcomes to customers using pre-prepared email templates
  • Escalating complex issues to the Customer Service Manager as needed
  • Maintaining a high standard of customer service—even when delivering unfavourable outcomes

  • Confidence in managing a high-volume inbox without becoming overwhelmed
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple touchpoints in the returns process
  • Excellent communication skills, both with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Initiative and decisiveness in handling claims independently
  • The ability to hit the ground running—SAP training materials will be provided
