Clever Core New Zealand is a purpose-designed offsite manufacturing facility based in Wiri. We are building a new generation of homes for New Zealand and want to be the number one supplier of panelised homes designed specifically for manufacture.

What We Do

We manufacture the walls, floors and roofs to go into Residential homes to save time on site and create a safer and better-quality product. Our clients come to us for homes that can be built faster, more accurately and with less waste.

The Job

50/50 Split with Time onsites & at our plant based in Wiri
Installation of roofing sheets & Flashings
Ensure the plant and equipment are available and maintained in sound working order to create a safe working environment and practices and behaviours every day
Working closely with the team to improve processes, maintain quality, reduce waste, and lower costs wherever possible

Skills / Requirements / Experience:

Trade Certificate
Strong Health and Safety understanding (Safety First Attitude)
At least 3 years’ experience in roofing
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Current Working at Heights tickets
