About the opportunity
We have a rare and exciting opportunity for a management-level individual to join our Corporate head office based EHS function. We are looking for operational, systems or safety managers who are capable of: reviewing, developing and adapting systems and processes; collaborating and coordinating multiple stakeholders; and supporting the line and operations teams to implement global best practice.
As the Accountability Workstream Lead you will be responsible for supporting the revision of targets/plans/KPIs, strengthening the governance of committees and councils, redefining the safety roles through EHS and line. This role will also see you developing an EHS competency framework and optimising our systems and processes to align with our shift in mindsets.
We’re keen to speak to leaders highly skilled in the development and refining of systems and processes and experience in managing projects. A proven leader, you will be passionate about developing the safety profession.
