Ko tā mātou mahi - Our Role

Our Mt Wellington branch has an opportunity for a fresh face that can lead the branch to further success.

• Monday to Friday, full time
• Laptop plus mobile phone provided
• Carbine Road Location

As well as supporting a knowledgeable team, this role is accountable for:
  • Customer satisfaction – Building and maintaining strong customer and supplier relationships. Driving staff capabilities to provide strong service and solutions to our customers.
  • Overseeing branch goals - Achieving sales and margin targets, maximising revenue, and managing costs.
  • Maximising product and service sales opportunities whilst optimising inventory and Health & Safety compliance.
With a natural ability to lead others and a successful track record in sales and customer service, you will go far in our organisation.
  • You’ll have an agile approach to identify growth opportunities in emerging markets.
  • Working collaboratively with a dedicated focus on driving results, you’ll be a strong motivator to the team.
  • You’ll already be operating at an established manager level with substantial industry experience or similar transferrable sales experience.
