Our Invercargill branch is looking for a dynamic Branch Manager with strong sales leadership capability—someone who can lead from the front, develop their team, and confidently step into the field to build relationships and drive growth.

As well as supporting a knowledgeable team, this role is accountable for:

  • Driving sales growth – Leading sales activity both in-branch and out in the field, identifying new opportunities, and engaging directly with customers to grow market share.
  • Customer satisfaction – Building and maintaining strong customer and supplier relationships. Driving staff capabilities to provide strong service and solutions to our customers.
  • Overseeing branch goals - Achieving sales and margin targets, maximising revenue, and managing costs to ensure sustainable success.
  • Maximising product and service sales opportunities whilst optimising inventory and Health & Safety compliance.

With a natural ability to lead others and a successful track record in sales and customer service, you will go far in our organisation.

  • You’ll have an agile approach to identify growth opportunities in emerging markets.
  • Working collaboratively with a dedicated focus on driving results, you’ll be a strong motivator to the team.
  • You’ll already be operating at an established manager level with substantial industry experience or similar transferrable sales experience.
