Our Taupō branch is looking for a hands‑on leader who thrives in a small, tight‑knit team environment and is ready to guide the branch through its next chapter of success.

About the role 

As the Branch Manager, you’ll be supporting a small but dedicated team and ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day running of the branch. Your focus will be on: 

Customer relationships — Building and maintaining strong relationships with local customers and suppliers, and ensuring our team delivers great service and practical solutions. 

Branch performance — Supporting sales activity, managing costs, and helping the team meet achievable targets appropriate for a smaller branch. 

Operational oversight — Ensuring stock levels are well managed, orders run smoothly, and Health & Safety standards are upheld. 

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being involved in all aspects of branch operations — from customer service to sales support to team leadership. 



About you 

You’ll bring a natural ability to lead others, along with experience in sales, customer service, or a similar operational environment. You’ll be: 
  • A confident communicator who builds trust quickly 
  • Comfortable working in a small team where everyone pitches in 
  • Motivated to identify opportunities for growth in the local market 
  • Collaborative, practical, and focused on delivering great outcomes
