About the Role

We are seeking a part time Sales Consultant to join us on a 12-month fixed term contract to drive sales in our village in Red Beach! 

As a sales consultant for the Vivid Living division, you will be an important member of the sales team responsible for selling our brand-new village to our valued customers. You will be using our CRM system to track and follow up with leads generated by our website and other marketing tools. 

The role reports to the Sales Manager who you will work closely with to achieve targets and nurture customer journeys. We are a tight knit team, so you will also work closely with our Village Manager and village team members. 

The purpose of the role is to understand our customer needs and expectations to successfully manage and complete sales. 

This role will be working roughly between 24-28 hours per week, over four days, including most Saturdays, however, we are flexible and happy to work with you to create a roster and hours that suit everyone.

About You

The ideal candidate will be a driven self-starter with plenty of initiative and the desire to take ownership of their sales portfolio whilst building great customer relationships. If you have experience within the retirement industry that would be an advantage, but not essential.

As Vivid Living is still relatively new, the business is set to evolve considerably over the next couple of years as we shape up our offering and continue to build our customer base. That means that the ideal person we are looking will be confident in their own individual sales ability and be able to build and maintain a Sales Pipeline.
