The Role 
As our business continues to develop and grow we are now seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Sales Manager to join our wet area partitioning sales team, based at Prospect, New South Wales division. Leading the sales function for our Bathurst based manufacturing site, this business critical position will focus on commercial sales across east coast Australia and foster relationships with customers of varied size and market share. Your primary responsibility will be leading the sales performance across the region, through the strategic implementation of the national sales initiatives. Working collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders alike, this position will be tasked with focusing on working across pipeline management for the division, executing the optimum level of service to clients. 

About You
We are seeking to appoint a forward thinking, results driven and commercially astute candidate, with experience in a similar role in the past who is ready to take the next step in their career. You will demonstrate  previous experience in the building materials or shop fitout industry. It is imperative that you are a hands on sales professional who can hold your own in any situation, with the needs of the business and customer in mind. We are looking to appoint a candidate with sales acumen and the ability to translate business objectives into a clear sales strategy.
