We have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated Sales Representative/Operational Support professional to join our team in Northland.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong customer relationships and providing practical solutions to our customers. While experience in concrete production or technical specifications is an advantage, we are ready to invest in developing the right person. If you bring enthusiasm, a willingness to learn, and strong relationship building skills, we want to hear from you.

• Monday to Friday, full time
• Vehicle, laptop plus mobile phone provided
• Northland based – frequent travel to key clients across Puketona North and surrounding areas

Key Responsibilities 
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with builders, contractors, and project managers 
  • Provide product advice and support based on customer needs
  • Collaborate with production teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products 
  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to regional sales growth targets 
  • Stay informed about industry standards and product developments to support clients with confidence 

What You Will Bring? 
  • A passion for sales and customer service
  • Ability to build trust and maintain strong relationship
  • Knowledge of concrete mix design, production processes, and technical specifications would be advantageous to the role
  • A tertiary qualification in a relevant field (e.g. marketing, sales, business, commerce, engineering, management or similar) or completion of a sales excellence training program is beneficial although not essential.
