We’re on the lookout for a reliable Sales & Service Coordinator to join our Mt Maunganui team!

About the Role 

Your duties will include using a forklift for unloading and loading products in accordance with safe operating procedures, processing customer orders and conducting sales while maintaining a professional image at all times. You will be providing assistance across all facilities including from the yard and throughout the store when needed, so you must be fit and comfortable lifting weight up to 25kgs as well as confident interacting and providing great service to our customers. You will be required to carry out general administrative and stockroom duties within the branch. 

Standard hours of work are 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 7:30 am and 4.30pm. Some flexibility in start/finish time may be considered. Free staff parking available onsite



Skills and Experience 

Full Driver’s Licence required. Must hold F endorsement on your licence & current Forklift OSH certificate as you will be required to operate a forklift in the yard. 

While a background in either yard work or sales will be advantageous to this role, it will also be important you are you are able to demonstrate: 
  • Self-motivation and reliability. 
  • A passion for strong customer service 
  • Strong communication written and verbal 
  • Mathematical literacy 
  • Experience in systems such as Microsoft excel and Outlook 
  • Able to undertake some repetitive heavy lifting– up to 25kgs 
  • A willingness to be trained and learn new skills.
