More About The Position

We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate, organised and technical Sales Support Coordinator to join our Supply & Fit team in Jandakot WA.  This is a dynamic and varied role that plays a critical part in enabling our Account Managers to stay on the road and focused on customer engagement.

As the central point of coordination between our sales, distribution, and installation teams, you’ll be responsible for a wide range of administrative and operational tasks that require your excellent attention to detail, include managing customer communications, processing orders, scheduling installations, liaising with contractors and site supervisors, and supporting the Supply & Fit area of the business, having the ability or confidence to interpret building plans would be help you succeed in this role. 

To thrive in this role, you’ll need to be highly organised, tech-savvy, and proactive. You’ll be someone who enjoys juggling multiple priorities, can confidently make decisions, and is always looking for ways to improve processes. Your ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders will be key to your success along with your ability t think to your feet! 

Does This Sound Like You?
  • Internal Sales, quotes or Customer Service experience from a complex business
  • Experience with quotes, technical products, and processing orders 
  • Idea if you have exposure to the building industry or similar
  • Experience with CRM systems – SAP an advantage 
  • Excellent in data entry, computer systems
  • Bright and confident personality 
  • You are an expert in problem-solving and creating solutions 
  • Loves variety and willing to learn new parts of the business
