What Your New Role is All About! 

We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate, fun, and capable Sales Support Coordinator to join our team in Jandakot WA.  This is a dynamic and varied role that plays a critical part in enabling our Account Managers to stay on the road and focused on customer engagement.

As the central point of coordination between our sales, distribution, and installation teams, you’ll be responsible for a wide range of administrative and operational tasks, include managing customer communications, processing orders, scheduling installations, liaising with contractors and site supervisors, and supporting the Supply & Fit area of the business.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need to be highly organised, tech-savvy, and proactive. You’ll be someone who enjoys juggling multiple priorities, can confidently make decisions, and is always looking for ways to improve processes. Your ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders will be key to your success along with your ability t think to your feet! 

Does This Sound Like You? 
  • Internal Sales, Customer Service or Business Admin experience
  • Experience with quotes, technical products, and processing orders 
  • You have an influential communication style
  • Experience with CRM & ERP systems – SAP an advantage 
  • Ability to handle inquiries and complaints 
  • Excellent in data entry, computer systems
  • Bright and confident personality 
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • You are an expert in problem-solving and creating solutions 
  • Experience in building products would be advantageous 
  • Not afraid to help in Distribution from time to time
