About the Position

Based in our Crestmead office, this is a pivotal role in our Sales team, where you will assist the sales teams to maximise sales and increase Share of Wallet by providing administrative, sales and project support to account managers, BDMs, and Sales Managers. This is a fixed term position ending in July 2026.

Key responsibilities

Completion of general and specialised quotes for the sales team
Logging of jobs into Salesforce and processing quotes in the system
Liaising with Stramit’s customers where required, to respond to customer questions or to seek further information

About You

Ability to read and understand architectural and engineer drawings – nice to have but necessary
Experience in a similar role combining administration and customer service
Strong problem solving and time management skills
Excellent data-entry skills and attention to detail
Proven communication skills and the ability to influence & negotiate
Intermediate computer literacy with the ability to navigate CRM and/or ERP systems – Salesforce experience would be an advantage
