We’re on the lookout for a reliable Sales & Service Coordinator to join our Mt Wellington team!

About the Role 

We’re looking for someone who’s hands-on, customer-focused, and ready to roll up their sleeves. In this role, you’ll be loading and unloading products safely, helping customers with orders, and keeping things running smoothly across the yard and in-store. You’ll be part of a supportive team where no two days are the same—so being fit, confident lifting up to 25kgs, and happy to jump in wherever needed is key.

You’ll also lend a hand with admin and stockroom tasks, all while bringing great energy and a professional attitude to every interaction.

Our standard hours are Monday to Friday, between 7:00am and 5:00pm (40 hours/week), but we’re open to a bit of flexibility if needed.



Skills and Experience 


Full Driver’s Licence required. Must hold F endorsement & Forklift licence as you will be required to operate a forklift in the yard. 

While a background in either yard work or sales will be advantageous to this role, it will also be important you are you are able to demonstrate: 
  • Self-motivation and reliability. 
  • A focus on strong customer service 
  • Strong communication written and verbal 
  • Able to undertake some repetitive heavy lifting– up to 25kgs 
  • A willingness to be trained and learn new skills.
