We’re looking for a Sales & Service Coordinator who enjoys helping people, thrives in a busy environment, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves when needed.

About the Role

As our Sales & Service Coordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers needing support with their onsite wastewater systems. 

Your day will include:
  • Serving customers and taking orders over the phone 
  • Coordinating service bookings and supporting customers through the servicing process 
  • Assisting customers purchasing new Oasis wastewater systems 
  • General administrative tasks and stockroom duties 
  • Preparing customer orders accurately and safely 
  • Providing friendly, knowledgeable service to a wide range of customers 
You’ll also support the Oasis sales team when required.

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm (flexibility considered).


Skills & Experience

While experience in yard work, customer service, or wastewater systems is an advantage, we’re really looking for someone who can demonstrate:

- Strong customer service focus 
- Clear written and verbal communication 
- Excellent organisational and time management skills 
- Confidence solving problems and offering solutions 
- Ability to manage contracts and coordinate orders and deliveries 
- Experience picking and packing orders 
- A willingness to learn and be trained in new skills 

A forklift licence (F endorsement) is an advantage, but training can be arranged
