About the Role:
As a Scheduler, you’ll play a key role in our Auckland Estimation team, ensuring every customer receives accurate, consistent estimates and outstanding service. You’ll assist with pricing the supplied schedule of quantities and preparing the list of materials from the drawings. Your work will create real value for our customers and help drive successful project outcomes.
  • Accurately price material and prepare estimates for customers SOQs.
  • Prepare the list of material from the drawings and supplier quotes with precision and timeliness.
  • Review material schedules for compliance and availability, raising issues proactively.
  • Liaise with Account Managers and customers to gather information and follow up on quotations.
  • Coordinator with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project timelines can be met.
This role is a permanent full-time role, offering 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday. Based at our Cook Street (Auckland CBD) branch. 

About You:
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring experience as a Scheduler along with strong analytical and organisational skills.

  • Highly efficient administrator with outstanding written and verbal communication.
