As our next Senior Account Manager, you'll become a trusted partner to some of the Lower North Island's largest construction and infrastructure customers, taking the time to understand their goals, challenges and what success looks like for their business. 

Using those insights, you'll connect customers with the right products, people and solutions, creating long-term value and helping deliver projects that shape our communities.

Working closely with our technical, operational and production teams, you'll bring a collaborative approach to solving problems and identify new ways to grow both customer relationships and market share. 

You'll balance strategic thinking with day-to-day relationship management, ensuring customers feel supported, informed and valued at every stage of their journey.

Above all, you'll be the voice of the customer within our business, building genuine partnerships, uncovering opportunities for growth and helping position as the supplier of choice across the region

Part of Fletcher Building, Winstone Aggregates is one of New Zealand's leading aggregates suppliers, supporting communities through a nationwide network of quarries, laboratories, clean fill and transport operations.  

What you'll do

Develop and grow strategic customer relationships
Create customer-focused sales plans and forecasts
Identify new business and market opportunities
Partner with technical and operational teams to deliver solutions
Maintain accurate customer and sales information in CRM systems
Champion health, safety and customer service excellence. 


What you'll bring

Proven B2B sales or account management experience
Strong relationship-building, communication and negotiation skills
Commercial acumen and customer focus
Experience managing key accounts and driving revenue growth
Construction, building materials, concrete or aggregates experience is advantageous
Confidence using CRM systems and Microsoft 365.
