The Role

As a Senior Business Analyst for Fletcher Living, you will be focused on delivering great projects through identifying value-creation opportunities and defining requirements that result in fit-for-purpose solutions.
You will work closely with our business to develop an in-depth understanding of business needs and build relationships with key stakeholders.     
You will lead and develop a small team, so we are looking for someone who is innovative and has a strong leadership mindset

Here are some of the things you can expect to take the lead on:
  • Manage the delivery of projects in alignment with our divisional IT Strategic Plan (ensuring they meet business requirements, are completed on time and on budget).    
  • Facilitate discovery sessions and lead groups of Fletcher Residential SME’s to elicit the problem to be solved, or identify any new business needs
  • Contribute to ongoing business process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness
  • Work with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of systems.   
  • Develop business cases for submission to Project Sponsors, and FB Governance groups.  
About You
  • You are curious, a people person, can see the big picture, and have a natural desire to want to improve our business through smart thinking, simply delivered.  
  • You will have at least 3-5 years’ experience in a relevant business analyst role and have demonstratable process modelling experience
  • You will have a minimum 1-2 years’ experience leading a small to medium sized team and be passionate about coaching and mentoring others
  • You will be a confident communicator who can present information based on the needs of the audience.  
  • You will lead change through thought leadership and innovation
  • You will possess a desire to continuously improve processes for the benefit of the end-user. 
  • You will have experience in Project and Change Management.
