About the Position

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Commercial Business Partner to join our growing team at Iplex Strathpine. As a key member of the commercial team, you will play a pivotal role in developing performance analytics and reporting capabilities to measure manufacturing performance. You will be responsible for monitoring various KPIs including SOTIF, on-time in full production, scrap reduction, and inventory management accuracy, while supporting manufacturing leaders in applying a commercial mindset to drive informed operational decisions.

In addition to providing insightful performance reporting and trend analysis, you will lead budgeting, forecasting, and year-end processes across the manufacturing area, ensuring alignment with financial objectives. You will be excellent in nurturing stakeholder relationships while you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including distribution, planning, and product teams, to optimize operational efficiencies and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills, Experience & Preferred Qualifications

• CPA or CA Qualified

• Tertiary Degree in Finance or Business

• Demonstrated Financial Planning, Analysis, Budgeting, and Forecasting Experience

• Proven Background in a Complex Business (Manufacturing or FMCG preferred)

• Strong Commercial Acumen with a robust understanding of Key Business & Industry Drivers

• Skilled in Leveraging Technology to Improve Processes

• Ability to Engage & Inspire Performance

• Confident to Articulate a Vision for Change

• You are excellent at building relationships with internal & external stakeholders

• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and experience using ERP Systems
