About the role:
We are looking for an individual that will be instrumental in providing credit administrative support across a complex multi-site environment dealing with varied and sometimes complex scenarios and customers. 
This role is an excellent opportunity to work within a high performing credit management team supporting the PlaceMakers group. 

Responsibilities include: 
  • Assessing all new account applications and entering into system
  • Liaise with Support Office team and other internal stakeholders as appropriate for any concerns
  • Being responsible for maintaining securities register
  • Maintaining accurate records, customer data & training manuals
  • Assisting the credit team with any general credit administration duties 

This is a permanent full-time role, offering 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday, based in our Support office in Penrose. 

About you:
We are looking for an independent and proactive person who thrives on supporting our internal customers with all credit administration tasks. 

Key attributes we’re looking for:
  • Intermediate to Advance Excel experience 
  • Proven experience in a credit administration role 
  • Proven track record in risk assessment for credit accounts 
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to think outside the box 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Excellent time management and able to prioritise workload
