About the role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual who will play a key role in providing credit administration support across a complex, multi-site environment. This position involves working with a diverse customer base and managing a range of varied and occasionally complex scenarios.
This is a great opportunity to become part of a high-performing Credit Management team that supports the wider PlaceMakers Group.

In this role, you will:
  • Monitor and manage shared accounts inboxes, promptly resolving a variety of queries and disputes
  • Assist with assessing new account applications and accurately entering details into our systems
  • Liaise closely with Credit Controllers, Branch teams, and other internal stakeholders to resolve or escalate issues
  • Process credit card payments and complete daily bank reconciliations as required
  • Provide general administrative support to the credit team as needed
This is a permanent full-time role, offering 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday, based in our Support office in Penrose. 

About you:
You are an organised, self-motivated individual who enjoys supporting internal and external customers and takes pride in delivering accurate and timely credit administration.

Key attributes we’re looking for:
  • Previous experience in credit administration or accounts receivable 
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to think laterally when resolving issues 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Proven ability to manage time effectively and prioritise competing workloads 
  • Intermediate Excel skills (preferred)
