Our customers are the heart of what we do, and we are in search of an enthusiastic and self-motivated Senior Customer Service Representative to join our team in Auckland (Holloway Place, Penrose). In this role you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, while supporting existing internal/external stakeholders and holding a senior place in the team to assist with training and support. Working closely with the wider sales and operations teams, other responsibilities will include:

Being the go-to for our customer queries and orders whether on the phone or email
Effective data entry and systems management to ensure orders and credits are placed in a timely and accurate way.
Providing key information and insights to our sales, manufacturing and distribution teams.
Dealing with ad-hoc and unexpected requests in a positive and professional manner, such as delivery/transport issues

About you:

We are after that special someone who is customer-focused, a natural at building relationships with a diverse group of people and possesses exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. We will be impressed by your track record of delivering exceptional customer service, attention to detail, ability to prioritise tasks, and confidence using computers and any ERP systems, especially SAP. If you’ve had senior or Team Leader experience within a customer service setting this would really set you apart.
