About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate, self-starter to join our high performing team.  Working within our Corporate division you will truly partner with stakeholders to deliver proactive, pragmatic and responsive human resources advice that supports the business. You will love a good robust process and enjoy working with and providing data analysis and insights and are a whizz with a spreadsheet. 

This Senior People & Performance (P&P) Advisor role has a huge amount of autonomy and ownership.  You will be fully supported by two Senior Corporate P&P Managers to take ownership of every stage of the employee life cycle including:
  • Providing generalist HR services to our Corporate employees and people leaders
  • Work closely with people leaders to ensure delivery of all operational activity and people initiatives across the business
  • Assist in planning and managing employee engagement surveys and remuneration reviews 
  • Contribute to relevant People & Performance continuous improvement initiatives or projects
  • Provide support to people leaders around performance management, talent acquisition, on/off-boarding, compensation and benefits, development planning and change management 
  • Be our go to guru for all things data

About you
  • 3-5 years of previous experience in an HR Advisor role
  • Strong practical knowledge of New Zealand legislation with sound ER experience
  • Excellent Analytical skills within Excel (Power BI tools would also be good but not essential)
  • Strong aptitude for systems and experience with Workday (preferred) or alternative HRIS 
  • Team player with a collaborate work ethic but the ability to work independently when required
  • Efficient, personable, and resilient in your style
  • Proven experience in managing relationships and developing and maintaining personal credibility with business stakeholders
