About Your New Position
As a Senior Product Care Representative, located in Strathpine you will play an instrumental role in safeguarding the experience of Iplex customers nationwide. You will lead the triage, investigation and resolution of product concerns, ensuring each case is managed with fairness, clarity, and a commitment to continuous improvement. In this role, you will coordinate recovery activities, validate claim information, assess risk, and provide practical and confidence building guidance to customers and internal teams. You will be the calm centre point between cross functional teams and external customers, helping protect both our brand reputation and customer relationships through sound judgement and well supported problem solving.
In this position you will join a small, highly collaborative team and report directly to the National Quality Manager. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives on autonomy, enjoys taking ownership, and brings a proactive, solutions focused mindset. You will contribute to system and process improvements (including Smartsheet tools), use data to be able to make effective decisions and help shape a positive customer focused outcome. Your ability to communicate with empathy, influence stakeholders, and keep multiple priorities moving will be essential to your success in this role.
Does This Sound Like You?
- Demonstrated experience managing end to end product or service claims
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship building skills
- Can communicate across diverse audiences to get best business and customer outcomes
- Skills in analysing information, identifying risk, and comfortable to guide decision making
- Previous hands-on experience with digital tools ie Microsoft Office, Smartsheet
- Outgoing personality and passionate about being customer focused
- Previous skills in plumbing, trade or building industry highly regarded
