Senior Project Manager – Southern Region (Christchurch)

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Southern Region team in Christchurch. In this role, you will lead complex projects for multiple clients, delivering outcomes that make a real difference in our communities.

What you will do:
  • Manage all aspects of project delivery - programme, cost, quality, resources, and most importantly, safety.
  • Engage with clients and communities, using your communication, relationship management, and influencing skills to develop and present the best solutions.
  • Drive excellence across a diverse portfolio of civil infrastructure projects.

What we are looking for:
  • Proven experience managing multimillion-dollar civil infrastructure projects.
  • Strong understanding of NZTA, council, and private sector requirements, including in depth knowledge of NZS 3910, 3916.
  • Commitment to quality, contract management, from start to finish, and ability to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders.
