We have x 2 positions available for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Brian Perry Civil Northern Team, based in Auckland. Our head office is based in Penrose, however we will need you to be based out at our Airport site office to support a large project out there.

The Role

We need a Senior Quantity Surveyor with a passion for their work to join our strong, supportive team. Located in Auckland, you’ll be working with a welcoming, diverse bunch of people driving Brian Perry Civil’s strong growth and expansion.

About You

We’re seeking someone with a solid grounding in the civil infrastructure or buildings space. We want someone with:

Relevant experience and qualifications in the infrastructure or building industries,
Demonstrated ability to work across multiple projects ranging in scale and complexity,
Strong professional relationship building skills across a range of stakeholders, ensuring project contractual conditions are fully understood in relation to commercial delivery,
The ability to offer advice, guidance, and support to the team and other project functions, so they can better identify and manage project cost and commercial risks,
Strong computer-based skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Suite software, and experience with business management and document management software systems,
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
