About the Role:

• Lead and deliver T&A and Payroll data projects, including AI implementation.
• Analyse large datasets to uncover trends and drive process improvements.
• Build reports and dashboards using BI tools and SQL.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable solutions.
• Ensure compliance with payroll legislation and security protocols.

About you:

• Proven experience in data analytics, ideally in payroll, HR, or workforce management, is a must.
• Strong technical skills in SQL, Excel (advanced), and BI tools (PowerBI, Qlik, Domo).
• Knowledge of NZ and AU payroll processes is a plus.
• High-level analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail are required
• Ability to influence stakeholders and manage projects effectively.
