About the Role:
Lead and deliver T&A and Payroll data projects, including AI implementation.
Analyse large datasets to uncover trends and drive process improvements.
Build reports and dashboards using BI tools and SQL.
Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable solutions.
Ensure compliance with payroll legislation and security protocols.

About you:
Proven experience in data analytics, ideally in payroll, HR, or workforce management, is a must.
Strong technical skills in SQL, Excel (advanced), and BI tools (PowerBI, Qlik, Domo).
Knowledge of NZ and AU payroll processes is a plus.
High-level analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail are required
Ability to influence stakeholders and manage projects effectively.
