We’re looking for someone who enjoys solving technical challenges and working closely with others to get things right.

This role is central to how we design, document, and deliver structural products.

You’ll be the go-to person for technical advice, helping our sales and specification teams, and making sure our designs meet the standards and work in the real world.

What You’ll Do

• Create and maintain technical drawings and manuals.
• Support the customers & sales team with clear, practical advice during customer conversations.
• Work with architects, contractors, and government bodies to make sure our products fit their needs.
• Keep our technical documents up to date and easy to use.
• Help train our staff and customers so they understand our products and how to use them.
• Lead product improvements and help bring new ideas to life.
• Make sure everything we do meets industry regulations and stays current.

What You’ll Bring

• A degree in engineering or a related field.
• Experience using CAD and BIM tools.
• A solid understanding of building codes and standards (especially AS/NZS2327:2017).
• Confidence working with people across different teams and backgrounds.
• A practical approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
