About you

We are looking for someone with great interpersonal skills and who is committed to seeing a job through from beginning to end; thrives on results and possesses a ‘can do’ attitude with a good level of computer literacy.

This hands-on role requires someone who is mechanically minded (preferred not essential) and not afraid to get their hands dirty. Flexibility in this role is a must as you will regularly be required to work outside of core business hours and on weekends to monitor cement ship discharge.

To be successful in this role you must be highly organised, punctual and have high standards for your workplace. We are looking for someone who enjoys problem solving and is driven to achieve results.

You must hold a current forklift licence or a willingness to train, a full clean driver licence and have reliable transport (due to the shift work). Some manual handling is required so you must be physically fit and capable of heavy lifting.

Research shows that females and minority groups don’t apply for roles unless they match 100% the job description.

We are proud of your diversity and see it as one of the things that make us stronger. We welcome your individuality and encourage you to bring your true self to work, so if this role is of interest but you feel you don’t fit it, we would still love you to apply.
