About the opportunity
This role will provide technical support to our end users across New Zealand, Australia and the South Pacific and take ownership of issues from start to finish including call-logging, diagnosing & resolving issues, responding to incidents and service requests. Allocation of tickets requiring specialist technical support to the appropriate group.

About you
You will have some IT work experience and good troubleshooting skills. To be considered for this role, you will need excellent communication skills and with a strong customer focus. You will be reliable, hard-working, motivated and personable. Your previous experience within a complex enterprise environment and exposure to working with a variety of software applications is an advantage.
As Service Desk Analyst your duties will include:
  • Providing technical support to end users
  • Experience on ServiceNow ticketing system (advantageous) with a relevant IT certification(s)
  • Call-logging, diagnosing & resolving issues, fulfilling incidents and requests
  • Good knowledge of hardware, software, desktops, laptops, printers, audio visual equipment and peripherals
  • Knowledge/Experience on Active Directory
  • Have a basic understanding of networking and operating systems
