About the role
As a Showroom Customer Service team member, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers in our Trade Counter and Showroom. You’ll deliver consistently great service by understanding customer needs, providing product solutions, and creating a safe, welcoming, and efficient in store experience.

Your responsibilities will include:
Delivering friendly, knowledgeable service to trade and retail customers
Supporting customers with product information and solutions
Processing sales and handling cash transactions
Assisting with merchandising and maintaining showroom standards
Supporting direct sales and contributing to branch performance
Working collaboratively with your branch team to achieve shared goals

This is a full-time, permanent role, Monday – Friday rostered Saturday’s and 40 hours per week. 

About you
You’ll be someone who enjoys working with people and takes pride in delivering great service. You don’t need to know everything we’ll train you, but you do need the right attitude.

You’ll bring:
Customer service experience (retail, trade, or hospitality preferred)
A friendly, confident, and professional approach
Strong communication and relationship building skills
Good numeracy and computer skills
The ability to stay calm, proactive, and solutions focused
A strong sense of teamwork with the ability to work independently

Experience in a trade or building supplies environment is an advantage, but not essential.
