And your role as a Showroom Manager is all about helping make it happen!

The Tradelink Opportunity

The purpose of the Showroom Manager is to increase sales whilst getting the best out of the individual Showroom Consultants. This is a crucial role within the business where your organisational and people-management skills will see you achieve national goals and targets. 

As a Showroom Manager, here’s what a typical day might look like for you:
  • Training and mentoring Showroom Consultants 
  • Consistent compliance with all sales conversion opportunities
  • Quote preparation and follow-up
  • Ensure all lead and account management processes are undertaken and adhered to
  • Ensuring the implementation of Showroom Standards in all showrooms are adhered to

You don’t need to have plumbing industry experience, but some retail experience would be great.  What really matters is that you’ll know what it means to help people and build relationships. And you’ll really care - about your work, the customers, and the people you work with. 

You’ll also need:
  • Passion for building and renovating beautiful spaces (this is your chance to indulge your interior design curiosity!
  • To be a team player: Hard-working, humble and ready to get the job done!
  • Intermediate computing skills
