Description

The role:
Reporting to our National Showroom Operations Manager you will work closely with the branch network to support and design solutions that support our national strategy.

  • Deliver Administrative support to the National Showroom Operations Manager, ensuring streamline systems and process are in place. 
  • Build strong relationships with the showroom & branch network to streamline operations and foster collaboration
  • Create display collateral and comprehensive look books to support effective merchandising plans
  • Ensure price tickets are always aligned with the display stock register and PIM, delivering seamless monthly updates and maintaining accuracy
  • Collaborate with the Distribution Centre and Category teams to drive strategic exit plans and operational success
  • Coach and mentor new team members on systems, processes, merchandising practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement

This is a part time role offering 30 hours a week. Working Monday to Friday based out of our Support Office in Penrose. 

About you:

  • Proven experience in a customer service and/or administrative environment
  • Passion for design or creative flair to assist the branch network with tailored solutions and ideas
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport to support our internal customers
  • A motivated, self-driven worker, with the skill to work proactively, independently and within a team 
  • Strong communicator both written and verbal 
  • Be confident with computers and learning new systems (training provided)
  • Proactive and able to think on your feet and problem solve
