Description

The Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to step into a dual role which will see you responsible for leading the Showroom team as well as serving customers in our heating, bathroom, and kitchen department. 

Daily you will be responsible for –
  • Lead the retail and showroom team to ensure performance is exceeded and excellent customer service is delivered to our customers
  • Providing excellent and informed customer service to our Trade and DIY customers 
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with our suppliers and customers 
  • Provide leadership, training and mentoring to our Showroom team and ensure they are supported 
  • Provides accurate quote and designed solution for customers 
  • Support the branch Manager with the day-to-day activities as required by the business 

This is a permanent full-time role offering 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday and working one rostered Saturday every month.

Being customer centric with a passion for exceptional service, you lead by example and have proven leadership experience that engages and encourages your team to do their best.  
  • Ability to thinking outside the box and be bold to ensure overall objectives are met
  • Leadership experience or strong leadership attributes with the ability to inspire a team 
  • Positive and outgoing personality and thrive in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Have strong communication skills with ability to delegate appropriately
  • Effective time management, organisation, and great attention to detail 
  • A commitment to continuously review process and implement improvements
  • The ability to learn new systems and have the passion for design and have a creative flair
