As our Signs Print Design Operator, you will be part of a tight knit team who are passionate about sign making! You will be overseeing and operating our busy print room which essentially involves setting up and operating printing machines, monitoring the print quality and conducting routine maintenance. There will be variety in the role with some design aspects such as setting up layouts and files for production, organising and scheduling of jobs and assisting in the design of signage for various applications and marketing and promotions material.

What you will bring to the role:

• Excellent attention to detail

• You will be a quick learner

• Knowledge of Flexi or Adobe Illustrator or similar design software

• Strong work ethic – we need you to be reliable

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong customer focus and a sense of pride in the work you produce

• Most important of all you will have a flexible and “can-do” attitude

• Experience in design and printing within the signage industry would be advantageous
